Where does Hermes.com deliver?

Goods purchased via the Hermes.com website may be delivered exclusively within Norway.
Orders cannot be placed for delivery addresses situated outside this territory.
HERMÈS SELLIER will not process any order for which a post office box is provided.

How much is the delivery?

Shipping is free on all orders. (Chronopost / Fedex)

Postage and packaging for the purchase of a "Le Flâneur" bike amounts to Nkr1380. The carrier used for delivery is WES.

For furniture a delivery fee of 6% of the retail subtotal of the order with a cap of Nkr48000 will be charged upon shipment of your order. 

Could you deliver to the PO box?

For security reasons, HERMÈS SELLIER cannot accept orders for delivery to PO boxes or to "Poste Restante" or "Cedex" addresses.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times starts from the validation of your order by our Customer Service before 2 p.m GMT + 1, 2 business days. Any order placed after 2 p.m and validated GMT + 1, 2 business days will require an additional business day for delivery.

Delivery by Fedex Express: between 2 and 3  business days.

Items subject to special delivery times:
- The bicycle "Le Flâneur"  : delivery by WES transport service within two to four working days. The courier and in-store collection services are not available for this item.
- Tableware: some items may be subject to delivery delays. Courier service is not available for this type of item.
- Fragrances: Products of our fragrance section will be delivered within seven working days by Chronopost Classic.
- All furniture and lighting products are subject to extended delivery times. For any questions, please contact our Customer Service.

How do I track delivery of my order?

To track your order, click the "your account" link located at the top right of the Hermes.com website. Log in, then use the left-hand menu to track your order.

Can I have my package delivered to my mailbox?

For security reasons, all Hermes.com packages are personally delivered to their recipients. No package can be dropped off at a mailbox.

I am on a business trip. Can you deliver to my hotel?

We can deliver to your hotel. To choose this option, please enter the name of the hotel in the "company" field when entering your delivery address. Remember to indicate the dates of your stay in the "additional information" field so that our Customer Service may verify our ability to deliver within the given time period. If this proves not to be the case, we will notify you.
